General Terms and Conditions
Reservation Of Title
Legal and Beneficial Ownership of the goods shall pass from the Company to the customer upon reciept of the company by full payment in immediately avalable funds for such goods and services, and nothing shall entitle the customer or any other person to estabilish a leiw or create a charge or in any way encumber such goods until such payment has been effected.

Due to the dynamic nature of this industry e.g. exchange rate variations and other variables beyond our control, prices, versions, product details and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, currency fluctuations and other issues with our suppliers may result in unforseen changes to advertised information.
For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.
For orders Australian Network Management are unable to fulfil - Australian Network Management will notify the customer within 2 working days that goods are unable to be sent.
Please check specification and compatibility of product with the manufacturer prior to purchasing. We accept no responsibility for incorrectly ordered goods or advice.
Although our staff can offer advice, they cannot guarantee product compatibility and the responsability for ordering the correct product lies with the customer. Please note that some items are not returnable unless faulty and restocking fees may apply for goods that were ordered in error.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please send all order cancellation requests to sales@anm.net.au. An order may be cancelled before it has left our warehouse with no cancellation fee (except credit card surcharge, see below). However if the order has already left our warehouse a fee may apply to cover our courier, restocking and administration costs. Please see our Payment Options for additional information.
