Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to All Metro and Country areas in Australia only. We can sell internationally upon request.
Delivery Schedules
TO BE USED AS A GUIDE ONLY!
Delivery schedules are as follows:
-AAE - 10AM (1-2 day service)
-Jetstyle Road (Tues & Friday) - Must be ordered by the day before!
Freight method is automatically chosen based on delivery location and weight.
How do I know the weight of my goods?
The weight of the goods that you are purchasing will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. You need to become a member to identify your postcode delivery area which is needed to calculate the exact freight for each order.
How much will I pay for freight?
The freight charge will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The freight is calculated based on the weight, destination and address type of your order. You must register for the cart to know where the goods are being delivered before it will calculate the cost of the freight. As an estimate* - for items weighing less than 3kg the cost involved for delivery may range from $15 - $25 (via AAE Priority Service), items in excess of 3KG may range from $25 - $100+ dependant upon the weight of goods ordered and the customer location.

Important note!
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers who MUST obtain a signature at time of delivery - they are not permitted to leave goods without a signature of someone at that address. Couriers that we use include Australia Air Express, Startrack Mascot Delivery, Perth Road Jetstyle.
If the goods are for home use you might want to have the goods sent care of your work address as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver to your home (deliveries can occur anywhere between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays, depending on your postcode).
Why is it important to indicate Residential or Business Address?
Different couriers are used for residential and business addresses. Residential deliveries require a specific service to ensure they are delivered promptly and it is important that you indicate the correct address type in your shipping information.
How long until my order is delivered?
Deliveries to all areas can take between 3 to 10 working days dependant upon weight of goods and location. Please email for further information.
